ARENGA BLOSSOM NECTAR
Harvested from wild Arenga palms in the Truong Son Mountains. Carefully tapped by the Co Tu people, this rare nectar carries a distinctive sweetness shaped by the forests of Central Vietnam with low GI (35-40)
COCONUT BLOSSOM NECTAR
Collected from coconut blossoms growing across the peaceful countryside of Quang Nam. Naturally sweet, refreshing and low GI (~35), this nectar has been enjoyed for generations in tropical regions around the world.
NIPA PALM NECTAR
Collected from nipa palms growing along riverbanks and estuaries near Hoi An. Its unique sweet-and-brackish character reflects the meeting point of fresh water and the sea, while offering an exceptionally low GI (~17).
